This award recognises an exceptional individual who consistently demonstrates kindness, compassion, and consideration for others. Whether through their work, community involvement, or both, this award celebrates someone who goes above and beyond to make a positive difference to the lives of those around them. Open to employees at all levels, the award seeks to honour individuals whose acts of kindness have had a meaningful and lasting impact on their colleagues, organisation, community, or wider network. Judges will be looking for inspiring examples of selflessness, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
