The winner of this award will demonstrate how they have successfully embedded a culture of positive behavioural change across their organisation, helping to drive meaningful progress towards a more sustainable future. Judges will be looking for practical, achievable initiatives that have engaged employees and created a lasting impact, while inspiring other businesses to begin or accelerate their own journey to Net Zero. Entries are welcome from organisations of all sizes, with judges particularly interested in simple yet effective cultural changes that deliver measurable benefits and have the potential to make a significant difference.
