Brand new for 2026, the Kindness in Our Community Award celebrates an extraordinary person who shows kindness and compassion in all they do, either in the workplace, the community or both. It looks for someone who shows consistent kindness and goes above and beyond to show kindness to others. Entry is open to any employees who have shown kindness in their workplace that has had an outstanding impact on their business, community and or colleagues.
